Gimme A Break

UPDATE: Amazon have dispatched a replacement PS3 and upgraded the delivery to first class for free.

I still haven't found a repair shop yet. To make things worse, my new PS3 arrived today. I found it around the side of my house, thrown over a 7 ft fence, onto solid concrete. Safe to say, it's making a weird noise and now I have to wait for a replacement. What kind of courier service throws £200 equipment around like that?

You really don't know who mad that has actually made me. These stupid flaming post men have no common sense. Totally far enough if the package is soft and there are clothes inside of it but it is a bloody PS3, must be the hardest package and the stupid post man thinks "I sure a parcel this hard wont brake if I dropped it on hard concrete"

However not to justify his total utter incompetence but didn't the package on it say fragile or something to help the idiot of the so called postman.

No. Technically a PS3 does not count as fragile. Another thing, with the weather we've been having, I can't believe they left it outside in a cardboard box.
